1 Corinthians 9:22&23

The Lord went down to a servant’s level to share God with many men in John 13. There are many places throughout the bible where the Lord Jesus gets down to human level. Even in the gospel you see that God sent his son into the world with horrible sinners to share his word to us. In many cases he gets way lower than he should as a servant. Think of a king now a days. Would you ever he him bow down to anyone but himself? NO, way. I don’t think so. Jesus gets down to each of our levels to witness to us or to lead us further in a relationship with him. The Lords not telling us to do what they do. He doesn’t want us to get drunk with drunker's to witness to them. But he does want us to get down to the level to weakness and share with the week. If the Lord calls you to go share his word into a town or country that is deep into physical and noticeable sin God says you are to go and share his word with the people. No matter how dangerous it may be. For example in the movie “End of the spear” Nate Saint dies after a man from one of the tribes kills him because he felt in danger from the American people. They thought John was going to kill them because they also killed his sister, which turned out being false. Towards the end of this movie the tribal man came to Christ after seeing what he has done to a man who was trying to share Jesus with him. In their culture if a man killed another man the son has the right to kill whoever it was who killed his father. But john’s son did not kill him because it would mess up the witness of the Lord.

Application: Today where ever I go I will do my best to get down to someone’s level to share Christ with them. But since I am stranded on a beautiful mountain with “all bros and siss” I will scoop down to someone level and serve them and show them Gods love, gentleness, and helpfulness.
